Well hello there! This is one of Hatsune Miku's many songs. It's called Innocence (you knew that, right?) Hatsune Miku is not a real person. She is actually a voice sythesizer thingie created Crypton. The program is called VOCALOID2, and there are also other Vocaloids called Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, Megurine Luka, etc. If I remember correctly (I think I do..xP) this PV was created in one year.
