Sanrio Town is building a community that's highly motivated to watch and share creative fusions of video, photos and music. We empower users with a free service that enables them to do this with an unprecedented degree of control. The Slideshows that populate Sanrio Town's "Dream Studio" are created by many types of people who have their own unique way of expressing themselves.

The community guidelines are here to help you understand what it means to be an ideal citizen of this community. Bear in mind that your use of Sanrio Town's "Dream Studio" is subject to these guidelines and our Terms of Use.

Sanrio Town's "Dream Studio" is a community that thrives on variety. Some may not think what you think, and may possess a viewpoint totally different from yours. We highly encourage healthy interaction by way of politeness and respect among our members.

Don't upload anything that's not yours.

What's truly lame is stealing other people's work and passing them off as your own. This includes other people's photographs, videos and other media that you've collected from around the Internet. With some exception, it might be acceptable to post other works and/or compilations, but give credit where it is due.

Don't vent your frustrations here.

Sanrio Town's Dream Studio is not a venue for you to harass, abuse, impersonate, or intimidate others. Should we receive a valid complaint about your conduct, we will send you a warning or even terminate your account.

Don't use Dream Studio for Commercial Purposes.

Dream Studio is for personal use only. We will terminate your account if you try and sell products, services or yourself through it. Sanrio Town must approve any commercial use of "Dream Studio" and its derivatives. Don't upload material that includes frontal nudity, genitalia and intimate moments between consenting partners in the public areas of Dream Studio.

Oftentimes you will see all sorts of things on Dream Studio, some which may even offend you. Should you be offended by posted material, simply click away from it. However, if there's an immediate cause for concern, you can always report content or someone's behavior to the Sanrio Town's staff.

Protect Your Identity

We won't stop you from achieving your 5 minutes of fame. We would like to remind you, though, to make sure there isn't anything in your Slideshow that could help a stranger (or worse, a stalker) figures out who you are or where you live. Personal information like telephone numbers or home addresses should never be shared online. Be aware of things like vehicle plate numbers or images of your home accidentally appearing in your photos or videos.
